Media Media Centers are always a welcomed challenge. The Cherry Automated Entertainment center pictured below has an automated door and lighting system. When the TV is turned on, the two tall doors on the left and the right rise to cover the glass shelves. At the same time the bottom center doors automatically slide open to cover the lower glass shelves. While the doors are moving, the lights fade to off. When the TV is turned off, the lights come back up and the doors return to reveal the glass shelves again. we design for the A/V equipment that has been chosen today, but design in some flexibility for changing technology in the future.
